Cancellations

I deeply value you and your time and ask the same respect for mine and that of other clients. I understand life happens, so if you need to cancel or running late for any reason, please reach out as soon as possible so I can do my best to accommodate you.

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your appointment: No Charge

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment: 50% of the service cost

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours or same day: 100% of the service cost

Late

I honor a 15-minute grace period if you are running late. Please let me know as soon as you’re made aware and provide a estimated arrival time and I’ll always do my best try to make it work. After 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to complete your service. In that case, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation and subject to the fee listed above.

No-Show

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of the total service cost and a 50% deposit will also be required to book any future appointments.

Guests

As I work in a private studio with limited space, I kindly ask that you do not bring guests to your appointment. For minors, I encourage a parent or guardian to be present and involved in the process.

Refunds & Corrective Services

All services are non-refundable. However, I am more than happy to correct any service free of charge if the issue was due to an error on my part as the service provider. This does not apply to cases where you may have changed your mind after the service has been performed.

I am committed to do everything within my expertise to help you achieve your desired outcome. If you are unhappy with your results, please reach out within 48 hours of you appointment so that we can schedule a complimentary corrective service.

Please note:

  • A corrective service cannot be offered more than 7 days past your original appointment date.

  • It’s important to reach out as soon as possible if you are dissatisfied so I can address the issue promptly.

  • Previously using box hair color on your own time or going from darker to lighter tones may result in multiple sessions to safely achieve your desired result.

Online Booking

A credit card is required to book a appointment and will be kept on file for future appointments and any fees that may be incurred.
